First dandelions of the season… and I hear they double as a casual wine. Haven’t tried it myself, but all signs point to ‘surprisingly drinkable. 🌼🍷
Yes, they do make wine! I've heard people who loved it, and some who hated it, so the verdict on the quality of it is messy hahaha 😆
you can make tea or honey from the petals. the leaves for a salad.
I did not know you could make tea from it! I've actually made stir fries from the leaves when I was younger. Quite edible!
